The ease of access across different job boards allows me easily find quality candidates in most industries within minutes! I think it’s also easy when filling out surveys or taking tests where you need more than one person per task (and not someone off at another desk). There are sometimes issues with time zone differences making people very late into their shift without explanation as well but overall all our needs can be met here quickly using this website! The ability to connect with candidates and clients all through one platform! It's amazing! I love the team at Allegis. They are always so helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. There is nothing I dislike about Allegis. If I had to think of anything it would be the reporting part. Make sure you use a good CRM like Hubspot or Salesforce. We were able to connect with people we weren't even recruiting for. This allowed us to get leads faster and save tons of time!
