I bought the YKK version. An extra buckle was included, but it's not YKK; It's generic like the one that comes with their non-YKK orders. Still, it's a nice unexpected gesture. The YKK buckle I have installed works fine. I haven't tried the normal one. The belt came with a loop that can be positioned anywhere along the length of the belt. This certainly helps keep the ending under control and allows the user to cut the tape longer than they would otherwise feel compelled to do. The end is metal, by the way, and I had protective tape on it. The rubber band is still very strong after 3 years, so it takes some effort to stretch it even a little. As with most woven belts. , this is very quickly and easily shortened to the desired length. I was satisfied with this product and would buy one again at any time.
