I bought this case in chocolate brown. I don't know how everyone understands this, but brown isn't such a rich, warm color. It has an almost dark purple appearance. It's not my favorite as it doesn't quite match our wooden furniture, but it's good enough. The quality of the product is good. Our chair has a flared back that widens when raised, so it was DIFFICULT to put down. Cap up, but we made it. The problem is that where it's stretched a lot, you can see the pattern of the fabric underneath. So, to reiterate another tip, if your chair has a bold pattern, you need dark upholstery.
