Tape measure will vary at least 0.25 inch when switching between tape measures your drywall will not fit. The pen itself draws, which doesn't give you a straight line. The angle of the blade is too small, you can't keep the handle straight and cut into drywall. I should have taken a closer look at the video because even in the demo it doesn't actually cut anything longer than 2 feet. The edge guide needs to be much larger and longer and the tape itself needs to be much stiffer for this to work in larger applications. Probably good for small drywall repairs.
