So far, so good! (UPDATE: I WAS WRONG!)

I use this flash trigger set with Alien Bees SB800, Neewer TT560 and Olympus Om-D EM5II. I ordered Canon triggers because it really didn't matter what type I used for my setup. As long as you have a hot shoe, they should work with handheld flashes. I'm all for buying cheap gear that can stretch your dollar when you're taking care of your stuff. I invest enough in camera bodies and lenses and don't want to spend a lot of money on accessories. The last wireless set I had lasted 6 years and cost the same ($24.99 at time of publication). They were reliable until about 6 months ago when they started to fail and had to be replaced. These Altura triggers appear to be much more reliable and well built. They come with a variety of adapters for flexibility and a few extra features. I probably won't use the extras, but it's nice to know they're available. Professional and semi-professional flash triggers cost hundreds of dollars a set, but I've found that inexpensive flash triggers do the same thing for me and are a fraction of the price. I don't shoot in the rain, in dangerous conditions, or in large rooms with a lot of noise, although I think it can hold up. I also shoot in a fully manual studio so I don't need the "best" (most expensive ones), I just need reliable ones and these Altura triggers get the job done without too much fuss. I recommend them for strobe and studio work on a budget. UPDATE 02/07/16: 4 months later and they stopped working and I have a gig in 4 days. Your receivers will not work in flash mode at all. I hope the seller or manufacturer can replace in time. I emailed both of them. At this point I'm very unhappy and feel a little stupid for trusting them so early in the doubt. My previous set of $25 universal triggers lasted several years but this one only lasted 4 months. They come with a one year warranty so I'm hoping the company or seller can fix it. I will update as the situation develops. UPDATE 2/8/16: After contacting the seller and the manufacturer, I was asked to send the unit in for repair/replacement. I sent it back today. UPDATE 2/11/16: USPS tracking says Digital Goya received the package. We are waiting for updates from either the manufacturer or the seller. UPDATE 3/18/16: The manufacturer/seller sent me a new kit about a week ago. So far they are working just as well as the first order. Of course, that doesn't change the fact that I didn't have working wireless triggers when I needed them. Only time will tell if the product itself is faulty or if I just received a poor quality kit. I would prefer that they send a replacement once they see that I have sent them my return tracking number and that they pay for return shipping (I ended up spending $6 shipping on a return). However, I am giving the product back two stars because they honored the 1 year guarantee and communicated very well.
