Very comfortable and warm product. I'm 6ft 3in, 170lbs and I could have sworn I bought the large but I think I bought the medium. They actually fit perfectly. Buy based on your waist size in the size chart and don't worry too much about your height. I wear jeans with a 32 waist, so the medium fit is perfect. As mentioned, I'm quite tall, but they still go down my leg enough to only come across with a pair of medium socks, but you probably should wear larger socks when it's cold enough to wear them anyway. I pull in a pair of thermal socks and feel nothing. I recommend wearing thick boxers underneath to extend life between washes. I will update this review with my experience of wearing it on my bike in 40 degree weather. I live in Florida so this is the best cold driving example I can give.
