Keeps food hot for hours!

Works great! I was nervous as other reviews said it wouldn't hold the heat. However, I've also read that you should put boiling water in the thermos for 15 minutes before adding food to heat the thermos. I do this every time and sometimes my daughter's food comes home warm after she's been gone all day. (She often doesn't eat ALL the groceries I pack). It's a little harder for her to open it by herself, it took some practice, but she's only 5 years old. Otherwise, it keeps the food warm very well!
