I dropped my AirPod Pro headphones back and forth several times. So I was thrilled that I also had back mounts that were compatible with the pros. First thing I did after installing it (which wasn't as easy as it sounds). I went and turned on my favorite song to see if I could tell a difference. Even before I got to my music app, I noticed that in "Noise Canceling" mode, more sound was leaking out than usual. However, they had a pretty decent fit in the ear. As soon as I played 15 seconds of the song, I began to worry that something was wrong. I stopped the music, turned off the noise-cancelling mode, and tried listening again. The silicone made it sound like a percussive speaker clapping without force. Perhaps Apple incorporated the plastic into the silicone tips that already shipped with the Pros. I removed them and put in the original tips. I restarted the song and immediately the terrible quality was gone. Definitely not recommended if you are a quality lover. This turns your pros into a pair of $5 headphones from a random gas station.
