Poor Quality Fastener: Sewing Supplies & Consumables

Other people love them and I'd like to know what their secret is for not having a zipper. They just don't. There are four spikes in the hole that prevent the frame from snapping into place. I actually bent the side of the strut to get it to snap into place. I'm sure there's a trick. Must be. But, my god. Anyway, my 2 cents. Not worth the money. Not at all.
