I was so excited to purchase this product with hopes that I would get rid of my hair forever. I have a white complexion and thick black hair all over. I shaved before use and used as directed. I've used it all over my legs, bikini line, armpits, chest and neck (I have unwanted hair there). never mind But. About 30 minutes after I finished, I noticed that my calves and chest were burned. I mean, it had red streaks, plus it hurt like hell. I put ice on it, applied aloe vera gel, but nothing. the spots darkened only after the pain had gone. It's been 2 weeks now and my legs and chest still look the same (I only post photos of my legs because I'm embarrassed to show my cleavage). :(My left calf and chest are burned more than my right calf and the rest of my body is fine. I mean I used the same setting for the whole body. My skin is the same color all over. Anyway, my calves are lighter than the rest of my body The power of this product is inconsistent I am VERY frustrated and afraid to use it on the rest of my body We cannot return the product after use as they say but least of all would I expect them to give me one Offer Refund or Partial Refund So much for wanting to look good I would rather shave everyday than look the way I look now After one application I looked online and found that in 6 months to 1st April these types of laser burns will go away Years gone. :(So sad.
