Works for what I need them for but the adhesive should ideally be what it seems. I had to run a temporary extension from the house to the detached garage, and I attached it along our fence and siding. The siding holds up great and feels secure, but some parts of the fence don't hold up at all. I would pay a little more if they were made with a stronger adhesive but for the price they get the job done. I should also mention that unless you buy the larger sizes, they are tiny. *Update 2/15/20* None of the brackets were sticking to the railing after about a day. We went on a weekend trip and I have the camera in my yard and the cable was on the ground the day after installation. I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than fairing or anything that isn't flat when used outdoors.
