Bought these for my granddaughter after her previous pair I just bought came loose and fell off in the middle of class. They don't have cords and I really like that. She is 2 1/2, I bought a size 8B, she wears size 8 shoes and she has neither narrow nor wide feet. I thought they didn't fit when I tried putting them on her but with a little effort they slipped right off. They're made of soft leather, but because they're leather, they took a little more effort at first. She has worn them 3 times and they fit perfectly. What I love most about them, aside from the lack of a lace, is how they look on her leg. This gives the foot a really nice shape and gives the impression of stretching the toe more than it actually is. Your toe isn't quite down yet, but these shoes really help. They feel premium and they grow out of them before they wear out.
