The box is so huge when it arrives! However, it was so easy to set up, just following the instructions and choosing the right media type that works for that tray. It comes with starter bags and they just slip into the tray, there's even room to store extra supplies. It's fun to watch the keg turn when it needs cleaning. This litter box was definitely a game changer for me. I am a busy mother of three with two jobs. We also have two cats whose litter needed to be cleaned up and removed. Constantly changed.
