A few weeks after very little use, my printer returned an error message stating that these cartridges were not working properly in my printer. I opened up the printer, took out the cartridges, and then replaced them to make sure they were installed properly. It helped for a while, then the message appeared again. This happened 6 times, then I finally gave up and got the HP cartridges I needed. No problems after installing new HP cartridges, so I know it's a "Coloretto" error. Such a disappointment and waste of money as they are XL.
