I am 5ft 7in 160lbs tall I bought XL and am heavy in the middle. I also have slightly large boobs at 36G. and it's not so tight that it's constricting. It's thin and doesn't show my waves, yes, waves. Great fabric! It's not see through but it doesn't have a built in bra so I wear their sport tank tops Bra I'm a medium size so the girls don't bounce The combination of the two is just great The quality of Private Island Hawaii is just great!
