I usually don't like cleansing balms because they're a bit messier to use (unlike wipes) and they just don't remove mascara. However, I tried it and was very surprised that it removed my mascara and eye makeup. It also didn't sting my eyes like some makeup removers do, so I stopped using cleansing balms. After use, my face was clean but moisturized. Using this cleansing balm helps me take one step less because when I use cleansing wipes I still wash my face with cleanser. I also like that with this product I don't create any extra waste like I do with removal wipes. The only thing I don't like about cleansing balms (not just this product in general) is that I have to poke my fingers in the jar and feel like it's getting dirty. I can't put this in the shower and use it there or it will get wet when I use it. However, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. I really liked this product and redeemed my opinion on cleansing balms.
