Quality and Performance Misses

I bought two of these headsets along with two others I bought over a year ago. When I first used the newly purchased headphones, you couldn't hear the other person and vice versa. The two old headsets I have are of better quality than the two new ones. I would not recommend buying these headsets based on the quality and performance. Go back to better ones.
