With their support staff they are always responsive if there is any issue that needs to be addressed. They can get you back up and running with little to no downtime for when your website goes down or has an error. I have not had issues with them yet but i think it's just because we haven't needed anything from them at this time. If my system does go down they don't seem to mind as long as its only during business hours. It would help if they offered 24/7 technical support since the majority of our clients need access to us around the clock. We deal with alot of sensitive information so security was important to me and they do offer some level of protection.
