Wow, that's impressive. I immediately washed it and put it in the dryer on a low drum bath. It has become very soft. The best part is that when full, it's heavier than a regular blanket. Soft fabric inside. Slept naked and imagine Vikings sleeping on it in heavy bearskins lol! I will buy another set, looks great! But I gave it 4 stars because the price of $100 is too high, and also, BEWARE. THIS IS NOT A REAL KING BLANKET (if you choose king size). My king bed is covered but there is NO curtain on either side within reason. If I ever ordered another I would like the California King because they slip around the edges. PHOTO INCLUDED AS PROOF!
