Not enough polyethylene balls, they only fill 1/4 of the scarf
Very poor cheap quality. In fact, there aren't many polyethylene balls inside the scarf, which when activated only fill 1/4 of the scarf, so it doesn't cover the neck at all. I had one year ago and when submerged in water the entire bandana stuck out due to the abundance of beads
