Front TL:DR; These headphones are amazing - they really are a 10/10 set and should cost a lot more than they do. If you're good with wired headphones, buy one - you won't be disappointed. I've been on the hunt for a pair of high-end truly wireless earbuds recently, knowing I could get better sound than what I currently have. in my AirPods; I particularly missed subsonic bass with such a pleasant drone. After trying out the new Sony WF-1000MX3 headphones and the Master & Dynamic MW07 Plus headphones, I was a bit disappointed with the "high-end" true wireless headphones. So I figured I'd consider a wired set as I'll be using them mostly at my desk while I'm at work anyway. Somehow the Revain algorithm suggested them to me and after reading the reviews I was skeptical; Are they paid reviews all giving 5 stars or are they all drinking branded Kool-Aid or something? It turns out not at all! These headphones really are that amazing. I hooked them up to my MBP and was literally speechless when it came to sound; The sound is so clear, detailed and separated I couldn't believe it. The company says there are 5 drivers and that is true; Sounds come out of my music that I've never heard before, although I've heard some demo songs that I've heard hundreds of times. Subsonic bass is present; In fact, all the bass is there, but surprisingly not overwhelming - the soundstage is well developed and one doesn't overpower the other. You get such clarity and detail in the music that it's truly incredible to listen to, and each song feels like you're hearing it for the first time. don't use them for wireless dialing. No Bluetooth, nothing like that; You have to connect to something to get sound. Like I said, I use them at work so it's not a big deal. The sound MAY be a little harsh on high frequencies if you turn them up too loud, so watch your listening level. However, they handle electricity EXTREMELY well and I no longer have to crank my blood pressure volume up to the max when listening to music; I'm actually only halfway (or slightly above) to have a comfortable volume. I have a FiiO amp that I will hook them up to and test them out but honestly you don't need it to make them sound amazing. And one last note, when you get them, make sure you use them correctly. . Somehow I installed them the wrong way around (don't know what happened...it was a long day after work who knows) and the sound was NOT that good for obvious reasons. After replacing them and getting a good seal, everything was almost perfect. Don't be like me when you first use them.
