Yes, it removes stains, but if you use a regular dishwashing sponge, you get the same result! Use a new kitchen sponge, of course, but yes. I sweat a lot and all my shirts are stained and I only use this product for my scrubs. It only leaves white spots, you can still see a darker gradient in the armpit area, where the deodorant has become one with the fabric. Just buy a cheap kitchen sponge from the dollar store, it's just as good!
