I ordered this because it was big enough for my two cats after reading the reviews. The first bed arrived and 2 of the legs didn't fit properly on the molded plastic piece so I had to ask for a replacement. When I received the replacement bed I knew it would work, unfortunately I was wrong. Three legs didn't match, so I called Revane again. They said they couldn't send another replacement for this product but I could order another one. Well I did, but this time I kept the spare bed until I got a new one. When I did this I had to use all of the legs of both beds to get one bed to work. I was very upset that I had to go through this just to get a bed. My cats love it but I wouldn't say it was worth the hassle. I would think this is a fairly simple design issue that they can easily fix, but it seems they aren't getting it right!
