Avoid Acer. After a few months it stops working, and then it's more expensive to send it in for repair

This monitor stopped working after 4 months. I tried making a warranty claim with Acer which they would honor but they require you to pay to ship the monitor to them. The shipping costs are three times what I paid for the monitor. I'll try to fix a local monitor because even if they screw up, I won't be any worse. I'm extremely disappointed in Acer and won't be buying any more Acer products in the foreseeable future.
