I bought this bag for work and I love all the space in the bag! But a month after use, it began to deform. I contacted Amazon and they offered to return it for me but I was very upset because I liked the bag and just wanted another one but was afraid to reorder because I didn't want the same thing to happen. I didn't keep many things in my bag and didn't abuse the bag, it was only for my calendar and papers so I was very disappointed when it started to warp. So now I'm looking for another work bag again.
