Review on πŸ”§ Fastening Kit with MicroStitch Tagging Gun by Robert Moloney

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Impractical, replacement too expensive! The needle and the gray plastic shaft are too fragile!

I got one in the US and it slipped from a crossed knee on a laminate floor to the floor from a height of 6.7 inches and because the tip of the needle was pointing down First the needle is bent and it no longer sews. Panels of curtains were already hanging from the window squares. And the whole gray needle base is broken. Then I realized how expensive the needles were! And they were sold out too! And 4 sets of replacement needles cost between Β£40-22 on Revain's US or UK websites. And I see that no user has actually mentioned how impractical it can be with such a thin metal tip or gray plastic base. I've already ordered 3 sets of micro stitches to complete the job and they don't work after the first use of the light stitch and never last long enough the second time. Just put lots of rugs and thick towels around your work area. They're just too delicate to work with. Replacing these needles is very expensive. They DO NOT ship within 1 or 2 days with main shipping. It is not inexpensive and not convenient, but it is very wasteful. I started thinking that I should just hand sew small sections instead of pulling my hair and decided it was cheaper to buy spare needles or a new set every time. In any case, knowing that they break easily, they are very expensive.
