True to size, neck is not too tight and fabric is very soft. I am 5'2 and 148 lbs. The hidden pockets are perfectly positioned and not bulky so it doesn't add that unflattering puffiness around your middle. I loved this so much that I bought 4 more! I hope you enjoy yours as much I I enjoy mine.
