I like how it automatically creates action lists when you have an idea or thought about what needs doing next (i think).
It allows me as well share my ideas through other colleagues who are also working within this area/function etc but outside our team - so we all work together remotely without having physical meetings! We're still figuring out exactly which features best suit us at present though unfortunately there's no chat function either :( So if anyone else reading had any suggestions please do get them down below!! There aren't many downsides apart form not being able use live meeting functions yet however i believe they will be added soon enough once their product matures further :) This software makes organising tasks very easy especially because everything gets logged into one document where everyone involved then sees each others contribution instantly allowing quick communication between different people across multiple locations / timezones!
