The product arrived in a box that looked like it had already been opened. Looks like someone tried to put it back together. I finally counted the incense cones and got three more than advertised. I decided to burn one to see if it worked. I follow the instructions and wait for the smoke to come out. In fact, it only sank halfway and then dissipated outwards. The info says it shouldn't be close to the wind. So I closed all the windows in my house and the doors and made sure all the ceiling fans were off and they still hadn't reached the floor. Also, the incense was insanely strong. It's even stronger because there was absolutely no airflow. I love incense every day and this was the first time I had a headache. I counted the incense sticks and they all arrived except a couple of sticks were broken so they were very short but when you put them together you can see they were once one. i will return it
