Edit: Support was contacted very quickly after I left my first review with an offer to send a replacement. I'm currently waiting for it but the support has been fantastic. They also offered another $30 refund for the inconvenience. Original: The stand itself is quite solid, there is nothing to complain about in terms of workmanship. However, wireless charging does not work. At first it registered itself as "Shop", which really just kept him from dying, and now it doesn't work at all. For me, the main benefit of the stand was the wireless charging feature, so I just spent $80 on a stand that I could have paid $20 for with the same functionality.
