I love these glasses, the lenses are clear and well made. However, from the moment they arrived it was clear that there was a problem with the way the right arm was attached. The screw was too high and loose. I tried tightening it but it never matched the other side. I tried contacting the seller or manufacturer but they don't offer that option. The only option was a full refund and reorder. Since I was using them for a character in a play, I didn't want to do that. After two months the arm finally fell off and I saw the problem was that the holes weren't aligned and in fact the bottom hole hadn't been fully drilled. So moral of the story if you buy these very cool cute glasses. Check them for problems right away so you can return within Revain's return policy. There is no other customer service. I even did a thorough Google search hoping to contact the manufacturer directly. The website does not exist.
