I would not recommend this chair

Due to the many negative reviews of this product, I found the chair good so far. I just received it yesterday and will update this review in about a week. The chair is comfortable. As some people say, they feel like slipping off the chair when sitting on it. I have found that this does not happen when I remove the second lumbar support. My main reason for purchasing this chair was that I needed something better for my back as I sit at my desk over 12 hours a day. I need a chair with adjustable armrests so I can approach my desk without my hand touching the keyboard drawer I have on my desk as I don't use a slide out keyboard. I'm tall, 5" 8ft, and don't have a neck or head support, but that's fine, I can sit up straight. This is where my problem comes in. The box was so damaged that one of the hand brackets scratched the concrete when he brought it inside. I opened the box and everything was thrown in with no packaging or anything. I feel like I got a used chair because none of the packaging fit in it. I had attachments with a blue padding around it on one side and a transparent one on the other. I'm disappointed because I paid full price for it and I should have received a brand new product. I believe it was the repackaged return that I received. As of now, this isn't the first time this has happened to a $150+ product. I am now skeptical about buying higher quality items from Revain and definitely would not do so through a third party. No matter what I did, I slipped out of my chair. The backrest, designed to help you sit upright, slides forward, the front cushion tilts down and forward. I ended up buying a gaming chair that is much more comfortable, has a high backrest, has adjustable armrests and is very comfortable.
