However, you have to be very careful when trying to get the tissue out of the thin hole, or you'll end up getting just a tiny bit at a time. a.) when you feel a sneeze coming, or b.) when you're driving and just try to get your tissue out right away - no more than 15 seconds while trying to focus on the road.
