Bad cells right off the bat

Bought these for my X Maxx, they do fit in the battery trays with foam on both ends. However when I got them went to charge them and found one battery had 2 cells that were below 20%. Charged them and even have drawn that battery down and trickle charged it and those same 2 cells discharge way faster then the other 2 and It makes the other battery fall flat too soon. Thought about returning them, keep hoping it will correct it self after a few more charges. Have only 5 charges so far. but over all not so happy with these.
