It's been years since I've gone insane over something like this so I should have known better before I took a full dose for the very first time. When I was in my early 20's I used drops of pure creatine syrup under my tongue before a workout, anyone remember? LAUGH OUT LOUD! How I'm still alive, I know. Anyway, I obviously had a GREAT workout that first day, but then I couldn't lower my resting heart rate for 2 hours post workout, lets say 160bpm for 2 hours when I finished my workout. No fun, thought I had to go to the hospital. I'm finally down enough not to think I'm in trouble. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. It was pretty scary for me. I am horse healthy, train 5 days a week and my cardiovascular system is in great shape - my recovery rate is always quite fast. To be honest, I really should have known better than to take a full dose of a new supplement right away. Go on. For the first 2 weeks of this experience I reduced my dose to half a scoop each day and it worked like a charm. Now I can take 1 full dose but I take it much earlier in the day (good thing I can get picked up around noon while I'm at work) and I STILL have plenty of energy when I get home for my dose to get. great workout! NO crash and it didn't affect my sleep. I love this thing now. Cherry Limeade is amazing and I think I'll try Blue Raz next time ;)
