My 5 year old granddaughter loves her Crocs. In fact, these are the shoes she first learned to walk in. I think having a broad, solid base helped. We got her about 2 pairs a year as she outgrew them. They're a little worn and frayed, but never remotely worn. we never had a breakdown. She likes to dress them up in jibits, which I let her choose. Her latest fad is unicorns, which are really adorable on these crocodiles. The selling point for me is that kids quickly put them on and take them off without frustration. We also go to the beach a lot and they are perfect. . especially on hot sand. Another advantage is that if they are carried into the water by a wave, they can swim and be rescued! !Crocs are the only sandals we buy for them and this grandma highly recommends them.
