Update: The company came forward first with detailed installation instructions and then with a refund offer. The MacBook Air version was awesome, looks great and the customer service is at least proactive. So I'm increasing it from 2 to 4 stars. I chose this after her MacBook Air sleeve matched a friend's computer so well. I ordered it as a replacement for another brand that doesn't fit my MacBook Pro. Make sure it matches my model number A2251. The bottom doesn't snap properly, causing the corners to slide off. The top feels too small so one side snaps in but pops out on the other. I have attached 2 pictures, one shows the side that popped out and the other shows the side that is still inside and both show the bottom is not fully set. Very annoying that now two Amazon cases claim to fit the A2251 but don't actually fit.
