I made the mistake of buying a single pair of "boots" from Petco. I could barely put them on my dog and he took them off in less than a minute without overdoing it. My husband did a little research on the "approved" AKC boots and they ended up at the top of the list. Totally worth the money spent! They are very easy to put on and they HOLD! When I first put them on him, he jumped up and down as usual, trying to shake them off, but no matter what he did, they stayed put. They took him outside and by the time we got to the sidewalk he was already walking perfectly. He was out for 10-15 minutes when it was less than 10 degrees F outside and he didn't put his feet up because they were cold! Complete victory in my book. The boots stayed on him even after he started clawing and kicking in the snow. We ordered for his front paws which were slightly larger than his back legs but even the back legs seem to fit him perfectly. The sizing sheet is accurate so make sure you measure correctly before ordering.
