It doesn't undo itself on pressure. eg when you got it tightly wrapped and your doing abdominal exercises.One con of the belt was that there was minor chafing during abdominal exercises however that was easily resolved by wearing a light undershirt,All in all a solid product for the price point ,(I was worried about it being a waste of money). I would highly recommend it for people who are looking for the waist support belt/ waist trimmer.Also there customer care is pretty good.
