Please help. It's the cutest thing ever - it just doesn't connect to the app all the time for me to turn it on! I've turned it off and on, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times - it's connected to Bluetooth and I'm literally standing next to my phone and touching it. I really want this to work! What can I do?
