Don't expect a keyboard to last as long as a laptop
I don't live on an iPad with a keyboard and if it "wakes up" it's good. I type pretty fast and it kept up with what I needed. Unfortunately he died 8 months later. For the other keyboard (RIP) the insurance only reimbursed the price, they didn't replace the product, so for 40.00 I think I got my money's worth.
