This is amazing and I wish I knew about these/jars before. I have to stop myself from using them every day as it has become a real addiction. I love how my skin/body feels after using them. I use them in the oil shower, mainly on my legs, thighs and lower buttocks. I've found that not only do they help with inflammation and fluid retention, but they also help relax tight/sore muscles. They leave bruises, so you have to be careful and be sure to use oil to help them slide. You are wonderful. If you haven't tried them, I recommend it. Good quality. You need to go online for instructions and tips on how to use it - there are some great videos on You Tube to learn from.
