Review on πŸ–ΌοΈ Samsung QE65LS03AAU The Frame 65" 2021 QLED TV - HDR RU, Black by Ada Boguszewska ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I'm satisfied with it, there are only some small flaws.

An uncontested purchase option for interior and planning solutions. The thickness of the protrusion from the wall, a remote unit with one cable, a presentable appearance, the "picture" mode with the declared absence of burn marks - a unique set of advantages laid down by the manufacturer. The placement was planned on the wall in a narrow passage 1 meter wide, between the wall and the headboard. This is the only panel that does not interfere and allows you to rearrange. Colors and glare when viewed from the bed are within normal limits. However, at small angles from 40 to 60 degrees, the image changes hue, colors float in different zones, and all spurious reflections are collected. Installed on the wall together with my son according to the instructions using the included template. After measurements, it was necessary to lay a 1 cm head start down due to the floating mounts to the TV itself. You can always align a hung panel horizontally like a painting in an exhibition. I did not find any dead pixels or strong light. The black rectangle in full screen is ideal, dark gray images are uniform throughout the plane. Really the fastest response among the known combinations, the child is delighted. The desktop and office graphics are quite functional. Fonts do not float, or are not critical. The device reproduced all the available fantasies on the topic of sources and high-quality content. The only complaint about scaling up to 4K sources with a resolution below HD. The sound is annoyingly weak and not balanced in frequencies. The TV is positioned as an interior TV, the frame on the wall does not include soundbars and subwoofers. "Picture" was rather dissatisfied. This diagonal is redundant for a small room. There are few more design settings than the colors of the physical frames. Switching on and off by movement and light in the room, the screen works rather adequately, but more often you have to turn it off manually. If you describe the main positive impression - this is a chic cinema at the foot of the bed, nothing more.

Pros
  • 1. Minimum distance from the wall. 2. Convenient mounting on the wall with the subsequent ability to align to the horizon. 3. Remote block on a thin cable. 4. Magnetic frames in different colors, if purchased. 5. Minimum heating of the panel, only slightly below, where the backlight is located. 6. Energy efficient screensaver mode when the main is off. 7. Laconic and unobtrusive design. 8. High image quality with a frontal arrangement and a small number of settings. 9. The ability to use old remotes from Samsung, even optical ones have been working since 2022. 10. A variety of playback content in various modes up to 4K 120 Hz. 11. Really low latency when connecting to a high-definition gaming PC. 12. Declared resistance to fading and static images.
Cons
  • 1. Distortion of shades when slightly off center of the view or at the edges when close. 2. Higher than expected specularity and specularity multiplied by panel width. 3. Minor delays in software operations. 4. Advertising, but does not interfere much. 5. The inexpressive sound of four small speakers in the absence of the possibility of placing third-party sources embedded in the concept. 6. Strong heating of the remote unit when using plug-in sources and the CAM module. 7. Dancing with a tambourine when setting up an image with an AMD video card. 8. Limited choice of artwork design, passport. 9. Indistinct work of the content scaling algorithm with a resolution below HD. 10. The main newfangled remote loses more familiar in ergonomics and intuitiveness, and also misses commands, possibly due to wireless transmission. 11. The wide connector of the One Invisible Connection cable still requires an impressive strobe with a channel that can pass it through during installation.
