This is the answer to your hair care prayers. My hair was badly damaged from bleaching after a mess at my regular salon (a chemical burn bug on my face). Instead of my usual blonde highlights, my hair has been completely cut to the point of no return. It was 0% shiny, felt like an old broom and fell apart very quickly. I've tried handfuls of coconut oil, Biolage deep conditioners, etc. at night. Nothing worked. A few days later I ordered this book, it had insanely good reviews and it was very cheap. I'm so glad I tried it. I've already used it 4 times (in about 3 weeks) and today my hair looks like spun silk. It's softer than ever and yes, it smells great too. If I don't use any other conditioner for the rest of my life, I'll die with happy hair. I use it after washing with Treseme Keratin Shampoo. If needed, I spray dry shampoo into my roots at night to soak up the oils between washes.
