The chain does not fit through the hook!
Could be better. Actually, I'm annoyed because the black one I bought looks like a dinosaur claw. It lacks craftsmanship and attention to detail. The hook "may" bend, but then the tree is crooked. Plus, the chains are good! You don't go through the loop that was used to hang the amulet? I mean why? Why do you say you turned on the chain! I am leaving in AM and was happy to receive them on time but expected CHAIN! I would go and buy one. The chain won't go through the amulet hook, so why?
