After a long search I decided on this brand. I was very disappointed when it broke. At first I thought maybe this is where the headphones come out, but I was wrong. Not only is it extremely difficult to put my phone in a case, mind you, it was caseless. Then I tried putting it in a suitcase to see if it would be easier and it wasn't. Also, I emailed them over a week ago before writing this review to see if I could get a replacement. I haven't received a reply from them yet.
