So I bought it before the last review was written where the unit came with keystone which had problems with passage. I might have changed my purchasing decision if this review had been posted prior to purchase. I ended up checking each keystone for continuity and they are all checked prior to installation. I'm only giving this review 4 stars because the support bar isn't permanently attached to the switch, it just plugs in and can fall out. really easy. Happened a couple of times during installation. I'm concerned that the connector bar will come loose when the patch panels need servicing and it's a big hassle to get it back in place. A solid piece of metal would be better.
