Review on Enghouse eKMS by Victor Kakaruk

I have been working in this system for quite some time now, it is one of my favorite tools. The product has many addons that are easily accessible using its user friendly UI. There isn't anything much i dislike about enghouse so far apart from maybe few minor things which can be sorted out once they get noticed by developers or users themselves. So no real complaints here at all! This may sound like an old review but still worth noting because as we know nothing comes into existence without any flaws right? Haha! Yes there were times when bugs would pop up and then you will find yourself scratching your head thinking what should you do next?? No matter how good our systems seem to work sometimes these issues tend to come up randomly!! But not anymore! The best thing about enghouse is definitely their customer support team. When ever something pops up regarding the problems faced.
