The kittens are even cuter than in the picture. I bought this as a starter for my 14 year old step daughter to learn to embroider and she loves it. I love that it's a mix of cross stitch and embroidery and the size is good for learning or for anyone who wants to do a project fairly quickly. And kittens can definitely purr!
