I had never bought blue light blocking glasses before so I didn't know what to expect. I've worn glasses since I was a kid, but I've never really thought about how much time I spend on the internet, on my phone, on TV, etc. and what they do. I bought a 4 pair set for less than $10 and I think it's worth the money! For those who are just trying it out for the first time, you get: 1) different colors 2) glasses holder 3) mini screwdriver for glasses 4) sensor for detecting bad UV rays 5) 4 removable plastic holders if you don't use others 5) very light weight. For me they fit perfectly as I have a large framed face and plastic goggles tend to be snug but these do not. Claiming to be unisex helped me narrow down which ones to buy as I figured they would fit better and also suit my boyfriend what they do! Mind you, they aren't premium, but very reasonably priced (those of us who wear glasses know how expensive frames usually are), but well made, give you options, and get the job done! *Update: My husband continued to wear it and noticed a significant difference from wearing it online. His headaches are less, but the eye strain help is the biggest improvement yet! *
